SOFTBALL
Workouts for Lady Sailor Softball are as follows:
Mondays and Wednesdays - Pitchers and Catchers - 2:30-4:30
Tuesdays and Thursdays - Everyone who is not on the Weightlifting Team - 2:30-4:30
There will be no conditioning on November 19, 25-27.
