Thank you for your interest in the School District of Sarasota County, FL. The school district is always seeking outstanding applicants for all vacancies. The school system operates as a county unit under the direction of a five member Board and the administration of an appointed Superintendent of Schools.
School facilities include 22 elementary schools, 12 secondary schools, an exceptional student center, a school for gifted students, and a center for vocational-technical-adult education. The instructional staff consists of approximately 3100 professionals and 2350 classified staff for over 40,000 students.

Application materials for support staff and principal, assistant principal and other administrative applicants may be downloaded and mailed or faxed to the Human Resources Department.
