Organization Life Cycle

The Organization Life Cycle is intended to help employees understand phases of the organizational life cycle and prepare them for participating in the  County's current change initiatives.  

Learning Objectives:
1.   Understand the stages of the organizational life cycle.
2.   Identify current examples of revitalization in the organization.
3.   Determine appropriate steps for supporting organizational change efforts.
4.   Understand tools and resources for working through the stages of the organizational life cycle.
