computer based training

Computer Based Training (CBT) is an available option to county employees. There are over 1,700 titles to choose from, with new classes being added often. Employees can complete these modules from any computer within the county or away from work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be repeated as often as you like throughout the year. Achieve a score of 80 percent or better, and the credit will be added to your employee transcript (course must be relevant to County applications to get credit). Be sure to send the certificate to AskTPM@scgov.net. Both computer and soft skill training topics are featured. A complete list of available titles is located at Classroomdoor.com .

Just fax or scan a signed (please have your supervisor sign if you are going to do the CBT at work) CBT registration form to  AskTPM@scgov.net or fax to (941) 861-6681, listing the courses you wish to take. A password, ID and instructions will be sent to you. If you need additional assistance please contact the TPM Service Center at 861-5353.
