awards and recognition Performance Recognized as Outstanding (PRO) winners
"To say "well done" to any bit of good work is to take hold of the powers which have made the effort and strengthen them beyond our knowledge." - Phillip Brooks

THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN PUT ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
QSA and NOW awards are still available, but PRO awards are on hold.

The PRO, QSA and NOW award programs were developed by a team of employees from the Customer Service and Awards and Recognition Committees to better recognize and reward the many county employees whose commitment to exceptional service benefits our customers, fellow workers, organization and community. This program allows for more employees to be recognized each year, as well as provide the opportunity for employees to personally recognize other employees. In addition, it encourages employees to make the effort to recognize each other for good work, whether they are a general manager, heavy equipment operator or customer service representative, for "doing the right things right."

To give a Notably Outstanding Work (NOW) award or a Quality Service Award (QSA) please contact an Employee Recognition Committee member in your Business Center.
