Your Fee Includes 

• A 10 ft. x 10 ft. x 6' h draped, curtained booth, a table, two chairs. 
• *Electrical power upon request for an additional charge. 
• Your organization or business listing on the hand-outs provided by the county during the expo so visitors can find you.
• Exhibitor listing on event Web site all year long.

• All vendors must have their displays completed by 10 a.m., Saturday, March 10. 
• Exhibits during expo must be manned at all times.
• The expo will be open to the public from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. 
• Westfield Sarasota Square hours are from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday.
• Valuables should be taken home Friday evening, and not left in booths, as they will be open to the public.
• Exhibit areas when broken down must be left clean. Do not leave empty boxes or trash behind.

Exhibitor Breakdown will begin at 9 p.m. on Saturday, post event and may be completed by 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, the next morning, prior to the mall opening at noon. No property or displays may be left behind for pick-up on Monday.
