Ever had thousands of people drive to see your TV commercial? The Flood Preparedness and Hurricane Expo is held at Westfield Sarasota Square, on the corner of Beneva Road and Tamiami Trail (U.S. Highway 41).

Fee Note

  • The fee includes a 10 ft. x 10 ft. x 6' h draped, curtained booth, a table, two chairs. 
  • *Electrical power upon request for an additional charge. 

Exhibitor Set-up and Break-down

  • Westfield Sarasota Square
  • Set-up: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 10, and
    • 9 p.m. - 10 p.m., Friday, March 9 
  • Vendors please use Food Court entrance to bring in displays.
  • All vendors must have their displays completed by 10 a.m., Saturday, March 10. 
  • Exhibits during Expo must be manned at all times.
  • The Expo will be open to the public from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., 
  • The Westfield Sarasota Square hours are from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday.
  • Valuables should be taken home Friday evening, and not left in booth as it will be open to the public.

Exhibitor Breakdown will begin at 9 p.m. on Saturday, post event and may be completed by 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, the next morning, prior to the mall opening at 12 p.m., noon. No property or displays will be allowed to be left behind for pick-up on Monday.
