7th Annual Hurricane Expo and Flood Preparedness
This year's expo will attract residents from the gulf coast who are looking for information on how to prepare their homes, families and personal property for another round of potentially life-threatening hurricanes.

Flood Preparedness Week is March 5-11.
Expo features dates and times:
Saturday, March 10 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- 4th Annual, Junior Meteorologist Challenge, Saturday, March 10
- Registration for the Junior Meterologish Challenge is from 10 a.m. 12 p.m.
- Kids age 7-11 can audition for the chance to deliver the weather report live on SNN6.
- The Challenge begins at 1 p.m.
- "Ask the Experts," from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, March 10
- Meet professionals who will share tips and insight how to prepare for, and avoid hazardous storm damage.
- Various government agencies, service organizations and related vendors will be able to answer your questions about recovery and relief.
