Schedule
The Regular monthly Executive Board meetings are generally held at 6:00 pm, on the third Monday of each month, at Vintage Corporation Conference Room, 4631 20th Street Road, Suite 100, Greeley. All homeowners are welcome to attend these meetings. Please call ahead to ensure the time and place.
In January the Executive Board hosts the Annual Meeting. This is the most important meeting for homeowners, as the board explains what has taken place during the year, any changes are discussed, homeowner comments are heard, and there is an election for at least two board members.
There is not a defined schedule for Committee meetings. Each committee generally meets at least once a month.
