The Board maintains a contract with Vintage Corporation to perform the day to day management duties of the community. A general listing of some of the duties that are performed are shown below:
- Forward phone calls and letters to the Board
- Sending out Mailings
- Collection of Dues and Assessments
- Maintain Records
- Inspections and minor repairs
- Coordinate contractors for mowing, snow removal, and other services as needed to maintain the Common Open Space Outlots and operate the Association.
