Ashcroft Heights is a Common Interest Community. What that means is that we have rules and regulations that are above and beyond any other rules you may be used to. The rules were put into place by the developer of the subdivision to preserve and enhance the value of the homes in the subdivision.
As part of your closing you should have received a 46 page printed copy of the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Ashcroft Heights" (CCR's). This printed copy is the official copy and is filed as a matter of record at the Weld County Clerk and Recorders Office.
For your convenience, an electronic copy is presented here. This copy should be considered unofficial, as differences may have occurred during the scanning and conversion process.
