Executive Board
The Executive Board is made up of seven volunteers.

The Board has implemented the following committees to help get our new subdivision up to speed.

Architectural Control / Violations Committee
The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for reviewing requests for any outside modifications to your home so that any modifications made are in keeping with the overall character and nature of our community. They also review and ensuring maintaince of landscape plans. Please review the Landscape Checklist and the Common Comments about landscape plans.
The Violations Committee is also tasked with monitoring our community and reminding homeowners when conditions exist that are not in keeping with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

Beautification Committee
The Beautification Committee is charged with developing plans to enhance the appearance of the Common Open Spaces and the main cooridors through our community. The committee is currently on hold until we can obtain a regular means to water any vegetation that we plant.
The Beautification Committee needs the help of anyone interested in lending a hand. | |
