Ashcroft Heights is a 582 lot single family residential subdivision located in Evans, Colorado.

The goal of this web site is to further the communication with the homeowners. If you have any questions, ideas, or concerns, please feel free to contact the board through the Property Manager

Landscaping

There are very few homes that shouldn't have their landscape complete.

All homeowners are required to submit a landscape plan within 60 days of the completion of their home (certificate of occupation) and your plan must be implemented within one year. If you haven’t submitted your plan, please get it to the Property Manager. Please be legible, don’t use colors, review the CC&R’s, especially Sections 12, 13, and 14, and click on the Landscape Checklist and the Common Comments about landscape plans.
