FAMILY DIVISION Judges require attorneys to first schedule with magistrates whenever possible. The scheduling attorney must prepare the appropriate Motion and Order of Referral to Magistrate, for entry by the Division Judge. Instructions and forms can be found, by clicking here. * * * * * Sarasota CIRCUIT CIVIL DIVISION Judges (Divisions A and C Only) require attorneys to schedule all discovery motions and motions directed to the pleadings (to amend, dismiss, strike, etc.) with the Honorable Deborah A. Bailey, Magistrate, using JACS. The scheduling attorney must prepare an Order of Referral for the judge’s signature, unless an Order has previously been entered.
